Corn Cheese Ingredients

Common Ingredients

  • Canned Corn 1 can (340g)
  • Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup (100g)
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp (64g)
  • Granulated Sugar 1 tbsp (12g)
  • Stick Butter 1 tbsp (12g)
  • Parsley Powder A little

Frying Pan Version

  • Onion 1/10 (25g)

Air Fryer Version

  • Onion About 1/6 (40g)
  • Black Pepper A little

How to Make Corn Cheese

Frying Pan Version

1. Prepare Ingredients

  • Drain the canned corn using a colander.
  • Finely chop the onion.

2. Sauté in Butter

  • Melt 1 tbsp of butter in a frying pan.
  • Add the drained cornand chopped onion to the pan and sauté. Sauté over medium-low heat until the moisture from the corn and onion evaporates.

3. Add Sugar

  • Once most of the moisture has evaporated, add 1 tbsp of granulated sugar and mix well while sautéing. Continue stirring until the onion is browned.

4. Mix in Mayonnaise

  • Turn off the heat and add 4 tbsp of mayonnaise and mix well with the corn and onion.
  • Spread the mixture evenly in the pan.

5. Add Cheese and Melt

  • Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheeseover the corn and cover.
  • Turn the heat back on to low and wait until the cheese is completely melted.

6. Finishing

  • Once the cheese is melted, turn off the heat and sprinkle with parsley powder to finish.

Air Fryer Version

1. Prepare Ingredients

  • Drain the canned corn using a colander.
  • Finely chop the onion.

2. Mix Ingredients

  • In a glass bowl, mix the drained corn, chopped onion, 4 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of granulated sugar, and a little black pepper thoroughly.

3. Prepare Foil Container

  • Spread 1 tbsp of butterinside a foil container, leaving some butter to melt with the corn mixture.
  • Place the seasoned corn in the foil container and spread evenly.

4. Add Cheese and Cook

  • Evenly sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheeseover the corn.
  • Place in the air fryer and cook at 180°C for about 9-10 minutes.

5. Finishing

  • Remove from the air fryer once the cheese is browned.
  • Sprinkle with parsley powder to finish.
