Ingredients

  • Kim (seaweed sheets): 1 sheet

Bacon and Jalapeño Kimbap:

  • Bacon: 4 slices
  • Jalapeño peppers: 2-3 (thinly sliced)

Crab Stick and Mayonnaise Kimbap:

  • Crab sticks: Approximately 200g (shredded)
  • Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons

Pork Bulgogi Kimbap:

  • Pork (bulgogi-style): 200g
  • Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic: 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil: 1 teaspoon

Radish Kimchi Kimbap:

  • Radish kimchi: 1 cup
  • Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
  • Sugar: 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds: 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

Common Kimbap Assembly:

1. Rice preparation: Prepare sushi rice and season with vinegar, sugar, and salt.
2. Laying the Kim: Place the Kim on a bamboo rolling mat with the rough side up.
3. Spreading the Rice: Spread a thin layer of rice over the Kim, leaving about 2cm at the top.
