  • Sesame Seeds (Kkaesogeum) 6 tbsp (36g)
  • Sauce (Yangnyeomjang) As needed
  • Sesame Oil (Chamgirum) As needed

Sauce (Yangnyeomjang)

  • Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste) About 1/3 cup (80g)
  • Rice Vinegar (Yangjosikcho) About 4 tbsp (30g)
  • Granulated Sugar (Hwangseoltang) 3 tbsp (36g)
  • Soy Sauce (Jinganjang) 1 tbsp (10g)
  • Fine Korean Chili Powder (Goungochootgaru) 1/2 tbsp (3g)
  • Minced Garlic (Ganmaneul) 1 tbsp (20g)

How to Make Gochujang Bibim Guksu

1. Making the Sauce

1. 1/3 cup Gochujang, 4 tbsp Rice Vinegar, 3 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, 1/2 tbsp Fine Korean Chili Powder, 1 tbsp Minced Garlic are added to a bowl.
2. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved to complete the sauce.
3. You can add a little sesame oil to taste for a richer flavor.

2. Boiling the Noodles

1. Fill a pot with plenty of water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add 200g of wheat noodles and stir with chopsticks until cooked.
2. When the noodles boil, add half a cup of cold water to lower the temperature.
