Paprika Salad Ingredients
- Yellow Paprika 120g
- Red Paprika 120g
- Green Onion about 1/5 stalk (16g)
- Gochujang (Korean Chili Paste) about 2 tbsp (42g)
- Sesame Seeds about 1 1/2 tbsp (8g)
- Brown Sugar 2/3 tbsp (8g)
- Coarse Korean Chili Powder 1 tbsp (8g)
- Minced Garlic 4/5 tbsp (16g)
- Sesame Oil 2 tbsp (14g)
- Yellow Paprika 120g
- Red Paprika 120g
- Green Onion about 1/5 stalk (16g)
- Doenjang (Fermented Soybean Paste) 1 1/2 tbsp (30g)
- Sesame Seeds about 1 1/2 tbsp (8g)
- Brown Sugar about 2/3 tbsp (10g)
- Coarse Korean Chili Powder 3/4 tbsp (6g)
- Minced Garlic 4/5 tbsp (16g)
- Sesame Oil about 2 tbsp (16g)
How to Make Paprika Salad
- Remove the stems and seeds from the paprika, then julienne into 0.4cm thick strips.
2. Finely Chop Green Onions - Finely chop the green onions and set aside.
3. Make the Seasoning - In a bowl, combine both types of paprika, green onions, minced garlic, brown sugar, gochujang, and coarse chili powderand mix well.
4. Add Sesame Oil and Sesame Seeds - Add sesame oil and mix again. Sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
