  • Brown Sugar 2/3 tbsp (8g)
  • Coarse Korean Chili Powder 1 tbsp (8g)
  • Minced Garlic 4/5 tbsp (16g)
  • Sesame Oil 2 tbsp (14g)

Doenjang Paprika Salad

  • Yellow Paprika 120g
  • Red Paprika 120g
  • Green Onion about 1/5 stalk (16g)
  • Doenjang (Fermented Soybean Paste) 1 1/2 tbsp (30g)
  • Sesame Seeds about 1 1/2 tbsp (8g)
  • Brown Sugar about 2/3 tbsp (10g)
  • Coarse Korean Chili Powder 3/4 tbsp (6g)
  • Minced Garlic 4/5 tbsp (16g)
  • Sesame Oil about 2 tbsp (16g)

How to Make Paprika Salad

Gochujang Paprika Salad

1. Preparing the Paprika

  • Remove the stems and seeds from the paprika, then julienne into 0.4cm thick strips.
    2. Finely Chop Green Onions
  • Finely chop the green onions and set aside.
    3. Make the Seasoning
  • In a bowl, combine both types of paprika, green onions, minced garlic, brown sugar, gochujang, and coarse chili powderand mix well.
    4. Add Sesame Oil and Sesame Seeds
