Cooking Instructions

1. Preparing the Seaweed (Kim)

Roast 5 sheets of seaweed (Kim) in a dry pan until crispy. Crumble the roasted seaweed by hand and set aside in a bowl.

2. Preparing the Vegetables and Sesame Seeds

  • Green onion (Daepa) and chili pepper (Cheongyang Gochu)Finely chop for garnish.

3. Making the Sauce
